The staff was super helpful. They held our luggage after checkout. This allowed us to enjoy the day before our train. The room included a free coffee machine with options like cappuccino and espresso! I also found the bathroom good, with plenty of body care products.
The desk wasn't consistently staffed. This made getting immediate assistance tricky.

i found the location convenient for exploring the city. the staff were always ready to help with directions and recommendations. the room featured a nespresso coffee maker and also light snacks were available in the lounge area.
i noticed some noise in the hallways at times.

the location was good I guess because it was near some shops.
The room was supposed to be cleaned daily but wasn't. i found some hairs on the bathroom floor. Clearly they missed that when they 'cleaned'. the promised laundry facilities were also nonexistent, a massive inconvenience.
